Very nice! I was driving up Island out in the sticks and someone had an old toilet that they used as a planter, tank had flowers and trailing plants as did the bowl, but of course I was in too much of a hurry to stop and take a picture.
Dar - Thanks. I'm not so sure about the old toilet idea. We periodically see those around here as well but I expect the spousal unit may invoke her veto on having one of those at the end of the driveway. :)
Worn out boots as flower pots! How cool is that! I like it!
ReplyDeleteSonja - Might get another year or two out of them this way.
DeleteCute idea. And pansies in them is a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteTrobairitz - We'll see how long they last before the deer find them. :(
DeleteThat's probably the freshest those old boots have smelled in a long time... ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, David: I don't know you, you don't know me, but--dang it--someone had to say it.
Ry - LOL. No apology needed - I expect you're right.

DeleteI know that was my thought as well. I wouldn't do it, but then to each their own.
DeleteThat's what makes life interesting.
DeleteVery nice. I don't know why but Li'l Abner sprang to mind.
ReplyDeleteDavid - Careful, you're dating yourself with the Li'l Abner reference. :)
